Position Available:
Rumors by Tuscan Sun is currently seeking talented Lash Lift Technicians to join our team of spa professionals! These are part-time and full-time positions, with career advancement and room to grow. Training will be available to qualified applicants.
This is a commission-based position. Lash Lift Technicians earn 35–40% commission on the services they perform.
Position Overview:
- Perform customized lash services while adhering to strict guidelines for health, safety, sanitation rules and regulations
- Recommend products and educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance
- Participation in ongoing education and new techniques
- Deliver quality results to customers in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to every client
- Assist with any cleaning tasks and daily responsibilities
- Attend regular staff meetings and training
Applicant Requirements:
- Must have a valid esthetician license
- One year of experience is preferred
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and skill in precise hand movements
- Ability to perform detailed, delicate work
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends, as needed
